MCG Construction has a a fantastic opportunity for a Programme Manager to join a large national Highways Maintenance Contractor on our growing and long term contract in Gloucestershire.**As a Programme manager, we will rely on you to plan, manage and co-ordinate all operational activities by working with both internal and client contract managers to determine gaps in the overall programme and effectively use the resources available to maximiseprofit.

Strong client relationships are key to our success and you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining these, ensuring delivery of works.

We can offer a challenging and rewarding role for someone who can demonstrate:

Competent in Microsoft Project and Excel
Have experience managing works on highvolume contracts
Ability to challenge both client and contractor on actions and deadlines
