Leicester with hybrid working Salary: £25,000pa


We are looking for someone with proven customer service skills, to deliver a high-quality level of service to our customers, deposit partners and stakeholders.

About you
For this role you will need to have the following skills and experience:

  • Knowledge of Conduct Risk, Treating Customers Fairly, Anti-Money Laundering, Counter-Terrorism Financing, and the Financial Services Compensation Scheme.
  • Previous experience within the financial services sector.
  • Able to deliver work to a consistently high level of accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organised and efficient approach
