The Role


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth for the UK, Ireland, Europe, MEA.

The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing a team of sales professionals, fostering relationships with travel partners, and achieving sales targets.

This position offers the opportunity to work with a premier luxury brand and shape the future of ultra-luxury cruising.

  • Develop and implement strategic sales and commercial plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize market share.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to drive performance and exceed goals.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with travel partners, including travel agencies and tour operators.
  • Collaborate with marketing, revenue management, operations, and other departments to develop sales initiatives, promotional campaigns, and product enhancements.
  • Analyse Trade competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Represent Seabourn at industry and consumer events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness and generate sales leads.
  • Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.


Our role categories range from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President) so you can clearly see internal development opportunities.

This role is a CUK05 and is offered on a full time, permanent basis, with hybrid working (3 days per week in our Southampton office.)


About You

Alongside bringing these to the role, you'll also need:


  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful teams.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others to excel in a fastpaced and competitive environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with key stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with analytical and problemsolving abilities, capable of identifying opportunities and implementing effective solutions.
  • Knowledge of cruise industry trends, competitive landscape, and distribution channels preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, EXCEL and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
