Description
To work effectively as an Associate Electrical Engineer, you must support and lead the Electrical team to ensure technical and commercial targets are fulfilled.
A forward thinking Associate Electrical Engineer will lead and deliver innovative projects whilst promoting the company to existing and prospective clients driving success.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop concept design and be actively involved with all projects under your direction.
- Develop fee proposals.
- Undertake project cost control and compile project invoices.
- Plan and manage project resources.
- Supervise staff under your direction and offer proactive advice in relation to problem solving issues.
- Undertake and arrange effective mentoring of employees under your direction.
- Support other Senior Team Members in management of resource pool to ensure successful outcomes.
- Represent the company at design team meetings.
- Carry out thorough site investigations, complete inspections, identify issues and solve problems.
- Contribute the technical standards compliance for the company.
- Contribute to business development activities and marketing as required.
- Ensure designs meet required standards following our Integrated Management System.
