*Please note that this role is being offered on a 12 month fixed term contract to cover a period of maternity leave.

What that means day to day:

Working closely with the wider marketing team, you will ensure that we have a carefully planned contact schedule that delivers engaging and value-add communications to our customers and prospects.


  • Completing preflight checks to ensure that the quality and accuracy of communications is prioritised at all times.
  • Managing a monthly divisional newsletter which is to be segmented by audience with the aim of engaging existing customers and progressing prospects to leads.
  • Developing a communications schedule to provide visibility of the communications that our customers are receiving at any point in time.
  • Working closely with the wider marketing team and key stakeholders to share information, drive best practice and facilitate continuous improvement.

What you'll need to be successful:

  • Hubspot proficient
- with a desire to continuously develop own knowledge.
