MBN Arts is hiring

We are looking for a Music production coach to support our young people with their education within our alternative provision.

You will be responsible for providing one to one coaching in Music production.

• Be able to communicate well and effectively with a range of adults, professionals and young people with alternative needs
• Have experience with music production software (Logic, Ableton)
• Have experience in rapping and song writing
• Be able to DJing on consoles
• Have diverse music understanding
• Ideally have experience with young people whom have an EHCP or require additional support within a learning environment
• Show flexibility, and be able to follow instructions from the managing director
• Have experience in lesson planning and adapting these to individuals
• Be first aid trained and DBS checked
• Have used ASDAN and be able to complete portfolios alongside young people

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

Part-time hours: 15 per week


Salary:
£20.00-£30.00 per hour


Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bournemouth, BH8 0LT: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education:

• Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)

Experience:

• Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
• Special needs: 1 year (preferred)
