Description

IT Database Analyst who will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and management with data, assessment and examinations to drive the use of data and provide analytics for informed decision-making in order to raise standards across the school.

The IT Database Analyst will work under the Network Manager and have a key role in ensuring the expansion and development of data as a whole including backups, resilience, and archiving.

The main responsibilities include managing, supporting and continuously improving the strategic databases and underlying infrastructure for the school's Management Information System (iSAMS) and other SQL databases, producing SSRS reports, maintaining iSAMSand other management information system databases, ensuring back-ups are taken and verified as valid, designing, testing, producing, and deploying detailed SSRS reports from iSAMS and other SQL databases, monitoring data quality, creating and supporting interfacesamong MIS systems and with other 3rd party School systems, liaising with stakeholders to capture their requirements and provide both end-user and technical support for the various databases used, specifically iSAMS.
