Do you work at a recruitment agency but are sick of the office politics and the sales culture?

Or maybe you are looking for a change of career, the ability to join a small but dedicated recruitment office, get your feet under the desk and learn the ropes and the industry from the inside.

Engenda group are a petrochemical engineering company and are currently looking for a recruitment resourcer to join us permanently out of our Heath offices in Runcorn.

You will spend most of your time talking to potential workers about opportunities within the business, offering them good work whilst building long-term relationships that work both ways.

You don't need any previous recruitment experience, we can teach you that, we just need you to have confidence and charisma, and be in your natural element whilst on the phone talking to potential workers.

Speaking of the office, we are a fairly youngish and creative space (as much as a recruitment office can be) and you will have the opportunity to collaborate on several different projects, outside-the-box the box ideas are especially welcome.

In return, you will be offered full training, the ability to learn the industry and hopefully push on to a career in Engineering recruitment. The team has been working in the field for some time now and will always be on hand to provide advice, guidance, and support, there are no stupid questions.

We offer flexible working; we have core working hours but outside of that the ability to have the work fit around your life, is perfect if you would rather start a little later or finish a little earlier.

Starting Salary £25,000 / 40 Hours Monday - Friday
