Service Delivery Manager


Are you an experienced Service Delivery Manager looking to join a leading organisation based in Stratford? Our client is a globally recognised charity who encourage flexible working and working from home.

As the Service Delivery Manager it is vital to havea good understanding of problem and incident management, as you will be playing a pivotal role in supporting the Service Desk function.

The successful Service Delivery Manager must have experience of ITIL frameworks, problem solving and working in an agile environment.

Your role will be largely focused on transition, working with Agile Coaches, Scrum Masters and Product Teams; you will deliveringsolutions to service consumers, as well as liaising with stakeholders and delivering on their needs.


Skills required from the Service Delivery Manager:

  • Strong & proven Service Delivery Manager experience
  • Excellent problemsolving skills
  • Good understanding of ITIL, problem and incident management
  • Experience of implementing new IT standards
  • Confident communicator who is able to deal with a wide range of stakeholders

Service Delivery Manager / Systems / Transformation / ITIL / Agile

Location:
Stratford, London (1 day per week)

Salary:
£40,000 - £50,000 + benefits
