Figma Designer – Customize Website Layouts From Existing Templates

Job description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Figma designer to help us customize website designs for our clients.The core of the work involves using our existing Figma template library, but you will also be responsible for cloning new, high-converting layouts into Figma when we identify fresh inspiration.
All resources, references, and process documentation will be provided.What You'll Be Doing:
- Customize Templates: Copy relevant layout sections from our existing Figma library and rebrand them (colors, typography, visual style) to match the client's identity.
- Clone New Layouts: When we find a highperforming layout on another site, you will recreate it in Figma from scratch so it can be added to our library.
- Maintain Consistency: Ensure strict design consistency—spacing, symmetry, icons, buttons, and photo placeholders must align perfectly.
- Prepare for Dev: Deliver clean, organized Figma files with properly named frames, layers, and Auto Layouts for easy developer handoff.
Access to our existing Figma template library (proven layouts).
Client brand assets (logo, color palette, font preferences).
Specific examples of websites/layouts to clone or reference.
Step-by-step internal process documentation.
Internal color naming and typography standards guide.
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Styles, Variables).
- Ability to "Clone" Designs: You can look at a live website and accurately recreate its layout, spacing, and typography in Figma.
- Sharp eye for details: You notice 1px misalignments and inconsistent padding.
- Comfortable working from a template library and following brand guidelines precisely.
- Good English communication for checkins and clarifications.
