Role of the Care Coordinator
The
Care Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Registered Manager in organizing the day-to-day running of the service provided through the Policies, training, supervision, and guidance provided by the Company

Salary £18,600 Per year - with overtime paid, mileage and on call phone cover.
- *Salary will increase after 3 month probation period_

Monday to Friday 9 till 5


Responsibilities of the Care Coordinator

  • Full JD to be sent to applicants who apply
  • Support and manage a team of Care & Support Workers
  • To be oncall in case of emergency
  • To maintain close liaison with both the Care Manager and Care Coordinator
  • Act as a link between the client and the office
  • Oversee care quality control
  • Monitor and supervise care service

Requirements of the Care Coordinator Experience in care provision at a level that reflects the responsibilities of the post applied for

  • Understanding of legislation concerned with care provision
  • Full driving licence
  • Enhanced DBS

Qualifications of the Care Coordinator NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care

  • Professional qualification in Health & Social Care

Skills of the Field Care Supervisor

  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal
  • Proper planning and organisational skills time management
  • Sound understanding of the principles of good care
  • People management skills

Experience of the Field Care Supervisor

Safeguarding Statement of the Care Coordinator

  • NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (preferred)
