Our client is an award winning, successful and fast paced national business, which is part of a large Group. It is a growing business, which is emphasised though it more than doubling its turnover to c. £220 million since c. 2018.

Description

You will be reporting into the Commercial Finance Manager and will be supporting with producing the accounts for 2 sites, which have a combined turnover of c.

£28 million. Your duties will be extremely varied as will encompass management accounting, analysis,budgeting and forecasting and business partnering non-finance stakeholders.

Once you have received all of the necessary training, your duties will include, but will not be limited to:

Preparing monthly profit and loss and balance sheet reports for the 2 sites with analysis and commentary of key trends and costs and revenue drivers
Producing KPI reports with analysis and commentary
Business partnering nonfinance stakeholders and supporting them with understanding the numbers
Supporting with presenting the numbers to both finance and nonfinance stakeholders
Supporting with budgeting and forecasting processes
Preparing balance sheet reconciliations
Assisting with month end reporting
Supporting with the audit
Identifying and driving ways in which processes can be continuously improved
Supporting with ad hoc projects
