administrationCP Media is an outdoor advertising agency working with clients nationwide and we are seeking an additional Operations/Customer Service Administrator.
This role is to assist with processing orders, maintaining our databases of advertising sites, resolving client queries, and liaising with both internal and external contacts.
We are seeking an individual with administrative experience, who is motivated and can work as part of a team, pitching in where needed to get the job done, as well as using their own initiative.
Requirements:
- 5 or more GCSE grades 94 (A*C) or equivalent including Maths and English
- Experience in delivering excellent customer service and adminitration support
- Ability to work to deadlines and multitask
- Competent in the use of Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A positive attitude
Package:
- £23,000 - £25,000 (Depending on experience)
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
