We work with a number of manufacturers providing storage and distribution, supplying to full & short line wholesalers, pharmacies, GP surgeries and hospitals.

Founded since 1999, we have had huge success over the years, winning numerous awards and most recently in 2021 winning the 'Alantra Pharma Fast 50' award for the second year running.

We have an immediately available position open for a Finance Assistant to support the Finance department and the wider business, Duties will include:

Daily processing of customer receipts in a timely manner
Daily credit control for all customers
Daily checking of sales orders on hold contacting customers / sales team to resolve queries
Track any sales errors made and report these to sales management
Flagging any issues regarding potential bad debtors to Financial Controller
Weekly Aged Debtors reporting
Daily Bank Reconciliations
Filing and Banking
Monitor of Finance inbox and responding to customers / sales team queries
Dealing with customer / sales team queries by telephone
Providing cover for Purchase Ledger as required
Any other ad hoc duties as required by the Financial Controller, CEO
