Job Details:


  • Graduate
  • HR Administrator
  • 9.00am17.00pm
- £23,000 - £25,000 **Depending on experience

  • City of London (Remote/Hybrid working)
  • Legal services

Duties:


  • Manage and organise all paperwork for new starters, updating all individual HR files for employees
  • Sustain a database for employees
  • Supporting the HR Administrator and Advisor with ad hoc duties
  • Manage all staff enquiries, answering any questions or queries they may have
  • Supporting with the management of the HR inbox
  • Organise onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Work closely and collaboratively with other teams within the organisation in an effective and successful way
  • Take on any other HR duties as and when required

Requirements:


  • Educated to degree* level or equivalent
  • Experience within a administration role is necessary
  • Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence is key, able to liaise with colleagues from all levels of the company
  • An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
