Duties:
- Manage and organise all paperwork for new starters, updating all individual HR files for employees
- Sustain a database for employees
- Supporting the HR Administrator and Advisor with ad hoc duties
- Manage all staff enquiries, answering any questions or queries they may have
- Supporting with the management of the HR inbox
- Organise onboarding and offboarding processes
- Work closely and collaboratively with other teams within the organisation in an effective and successful way
- Take on any other HR duties as and when required
Requirements:
- Educated to degree* level or equivalent
- Experience within a administration role is necessary
- Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
- Confidence is key, able to liaise with colleagues from all levels of the company
- An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
