It is a well-known regional brand who are recruiting for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk on a full-time permanent basis in Liverpool.

The successful Accounts Payable Clerk / Assistant Accountant duties are:

  • Input of invoices onto SAP system
  • Weekly payment runs
  • Process all purchases (supplier invoices) and refunds (credit notes)
  • Account all of VAT on invoices and inter company
  • Maintain supplier accounts
  • Reconcile supplier accounts
  • Deal with supplier account queries
  • Resolve any issues
  • Remittances

The Successful Applicant:


The successful Accounts Payable Clerk MUST:

  • Have a solid Accounts Payable / Assistant Accountant background
  • ERP system background (SAP ideally)
  • Good excel skills
  • Have ability to work in a busy fast paced environment
  • Confident personality as heavy work load
  • Ability to do weekly/monthly payroll is desirable
  • Able to work in the office full time
