It is a well-known regional brand who are recruiting for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk on a full-time permanent basis in Liverpool.
If you are looking for you next new exciting challenge this could be itThe successful Accounts Payable Clerk / Assistant Accountant duties are:
- Input of invoices onto SAP system
- Weekly payment runs
- Process all purchases (supplier invoices) and refunds (credit notes)
- Account all of VAT on invoices and inter company
- Maintain supplier accounts
- Reconcile supplier accounts
- Deal with supplier account queries
- Resolve any issues
- Remittances
The Successful Applicant:
The successful Accounts Payable Clerk MUST:
- Have a solid Accounts Payable / Assistant Accountant background
- ERP system background (SAP ideally)
- Good excel skills
- Have ability to work in a busy fast paced environment
- Confident personality as heavy work load
- Ability to do weekly/monthly payroll is desirable
- Able to work in the office full time
