We are looking for a self-motivated Information Business Partner to join the Information Management team at CLCH.

The role involves managing the divisional information needs ensuring that operational information requirements are understood and delivered by other members of the Information Management, Business Intelligence and BIPA function.

The successful applicant will have responsibility for delivering the following:

  • providing Trust level leadership of the development of reporting tools including the Trust's Information data warehouse portal.
- waiting list management for the Trust, supporting divisions in ensuring best practice is followed.
- oversight and compilation of the integrated finance and performance board report and quality scorecard reporting


They will be responsible for widening the use of information amongst operational divisions, so staff can use data to actively support themselves in their work on a daily basis.

They will be accountable for delivery of activity information requirements, providing advanced information analysis, developing the information use skills of operational/senior managers (for example demand and capacity planning, performance management etc.) and implementing Trust policy on information standards.

This role will be based primarily in our Parsons Green offices. However, as this is a Trustwide role travelling to divisional locations will be necessary.


Central London Community Healthcare (CLCH) is one of the largest community healthcare organisations in London and Hertfordshire, providing our services to diverse communities/boroughs in 11 London Boroughs - Barnet, Brent, Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham, Harrow, Hounslow, Kensington and Chelsea, Merton, Richmond, Wandsworth, Westminster - and Hertfordshire.


  • To lead on and drive the use of information at divisional level, providing senior managers and clinicians with bespoke training and support to maximise their ability to benefit from a self-service Business Intelligence tool.
  • To be responsible for evaluating key business intelligence reports identified by divisional developments, combining detailed operational awareness with knowledge of data and systems.
  • To provide Trust level leadership of development of tools including the data warehouse portal.
  • To be an effective and integral part of the divisional management team to ensure that relevant information is understood and used to support business decision-making and planning.
  • To provide expert NHS informatics advice on the impact of national policies that impacts the division's ability to achieve its strategic objectives.
  • To lead on the communication of complex technical specifications and intelligence reports to divisional senior managers, clinicians and the Trust Executive Leadership Team.
  • To take a lead on development and implementation of specific cross-divisional Business Intelligence Self-Service reporting.
  • To be an effective and integral part of the Information team to ensure reporting is consistent and accurate and is delivered within the agreed timescales.
  • To quality assure key executive reports produced by the Information team before they are published and highlight on exception performance issues to the AD of Information Management and Business Intelligence.
  • To deputise for the AD of Information Management and Business Intelligence as required on specific issues relating to divisional business.
  • Establishing and maintaining positive interpersonal relationships with key stakeholders and ensure they are well briefed and included in appropriate discussions.
  • Work closely with a range of stakeholders to proactively manage communication recognising complex, sensitive or contentious information communications.
