• Undertaking duties as a local representative on the board, actively contributing to strategic decisions and representing the company's interests.

• Demonstrated experience in a similar role, preferably within the e-commerce sector.
• Proficient organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with local banking processes and regulations.
• Ability to effectively manage and coordinate across multiple platforms.
• Willingness to serve in a directorial capacity.
