We are looking for an enthusiastic Sports Graduate to join our school Physical Education department for an 11-month fixed term contract from September to July.

Our Sports Graduate will assist in the teaching of PE lessons, coaching teams, assisting with fixtures and administrative tasks under the guidance of the Head of PE/Lead Teacher for PE.

The school is able to provide an ideal training and development opportunity for a graduate looking to progress into a sports or education related role.

You will play a full part in the life of the PE department, including assisting in the teaching of core Physical Education and in the school's major games of rugby, hockey, netball or cricket.

Our Sports Graduate position is for a fixed period, September 2023 to July 2024, with the salary based on age and experience and likely to be £15,170 for the 11-month fixed term employment contract.

Essential Qualifications, Experience and Skills for a Sports Graduate

Have experience in coaching/teaching sport to children
Ability to build strong working relationships with pupils, other professionals and parents
Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately with a range of audiences, such as pupils, colleagues and parents
Possess excellent time management and organisational skills
Demonstrate the ability to follow instructions, policies and procedures
Must have the Right to Work in the UK
