Payroll Specialist / Coordinator Wanted


ABOUT US


We're one of the largest family-owned construction, development and property services companies in the UK and we are looking for a Payroll Specialist / Coordinator to join the team for a 12 month contract covering parental leave.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As Payroll Specialist / Coordinator your key responsibilities will include:

  • Process weekly and monthly payrolls for 4000+ employees.
  • Manage timesheets, benefit queries, and HR liaison.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with deadlines.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in the role you will have:

  • Experience with high-volume payroll processing.
  • Proficiency in manual payroll calculations and Excel.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Knowledge of payroll systems like iTrent.
