Are you an experienced bar professional looking for a new opportunity? We are currently seeking a dynamic and skilled Bar Manager to join our team.

Located in the beautiful seaside town of Mumbles in Swansea, we offer a thriving and bustling bar environment with a focus on exceptional customer service and a wide selection of high-quality beverages.

As the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and operations of the bar.

Your keen eye for detail and dedication to customer satisfaction will ensure that all patrons have an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through the door.

You will have a hands-on approach to managing and motivating a team, providing guidance, and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daytoday bar operations, including opening and closing procedures, stock management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Create and maintain effective bar procedures to streamline operations, optimize efficiency, and ensure consistent quality.
Hire, train, and schedule the bar staff, providing ongoing coaching and mentoring to ensure a high level of service at all times.
Monitor all aspects of the bar to ensure adherence to company policies, standards, and procedures.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure a constant supply of highquality beverages.
Collaborate with the kitchen and management team to create innovative and appealing drink menus.
Handle customer complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.
Drive sales and revenue by implementing effective marketing and promotional strategies.
Monitor financial performance, analyze sales reports, and make datadriven decisions to achieve profitability targets.

Requirements:

Previous bar management experience in a highvolume establishment.
Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Excellent knowledge of a wide range of beverages, including wines, spirits, beers, and cocktails.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Sound knowledge of bar operations, including stock management, inventory control, and staff scheduling.
Ability to multitask, delegate responsibilities, and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with local licensing laws and regulations.
