Overview:


Energy Resourcing are currently recruiting for a Senior Quality Assurance Advisor to join our client's London project team on a 12-month contract basis.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide HS&Q administrative support and coordination to the UK Assurance team relating to Assurance inputs.
  • To provide HS&Q support to Project Management Teams relating to Assurance inputs where applicable.
  • Daily monitoring of the client's Assurance System and the tracking of open actions and events, escalating to action and event owners where applicable.
  • To support the Corporate Assurance Analyst in ensuring that associated project hours are provided and where practicable inputted into the Assurance System to support Monthly UNCE Assurance reporting.
  • To actively engage with the site HS&Q team about Safety Alerts, campaigns, etc.
  • To support the Project H&S team in the review of Risk Assessments, Method Statements (RAMS) where required.
  • Review office HSE Plans and escalate to the relevant Ops HSE Manager for the update.
  • Provide support for Assurance related training, travel bookings, and accommodation when required.

You will:


  • Daily monitoring of the client's Assurance System.
  • Being the point of contact with the Corporate Assurance Analyst for HS&Q reporting requirements.
  • Assisting projects in developing HS&Q plans where required.
  • Supporting projects with HS&Q requirements where required.
  • Review of HS&Q Plans and procedures in line with company mgt system requirements where required.
  • To be confident in the daily engagement of LIFE conversations.
  • To engage with Project Managers where applicable.
  • To report any HS&Q deviations to the UNCE Senior Assurance Manager within a timely manner.
  • To report any Quality deviations to the UNCE Quality Assurance Manager within a timely manner.
  • To follow the client's Management System.

Qualifications:

  • Proven demonstratable knowledge of working in an HS&Q Corporate capacity.
  • Proven demonstratable knowledge of HS&Q Management Systems.
  • Experience in HS&Q Administrative role.
  • Knowledge and experience in administering HS&Q statistics.
  • Recognised HS&Q Qualification (Desirable).
