Shaw Healthcare are recruiting for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our internal recruitment team based in our headoffice in St Mellons, Cardiff.

Hours - Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (Hybrid working once induction has been been completed)


Salary:
£24' increasing to £27'602.22 from 1st April


Objectives


To work with the Team in providing an effective and comprehensive end to end Recruitment service within Shaw healthcare and support the Group's Corporate Plan objectives and vision and values.

To work with the Services to achieve all staffing requirements.

To provide excellent standards of customer service through recruitment.


Practice Expectations


Liaise with key stakeholders including Service Managers, Administration teams and People and Resourcing Partners to understand the requirements for all assigned temporary and permanent resourcing requirements.


  • Placing adverts, ensuring that they are live and targeted at all times
  • Social media Advertising and Engagement
  • Active involvement in live "job chat" forums
  • Supporting a not quite 24 hour "hotline".
  • Booking interviews
  • Conducting Recruitment/Onboarding pulse checks
  • Data Reporting and Analysis
To support the reduction of agency, spend and decreasing turnover.

Accurately capture and report on data via the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Create a data base of talent, which can be utilised when recruiting for similar roles in the area before advertising

Drive the recruitment of a regional bank team and work with the Resourcing Team on utilising those staff effectively

Work with the Marketing team and People and Resourcing Partner to produce recruitment materials that support localised recruitment.

Meet and exceed KPIs set by your manager.


Essential Criteria
IT literate, including the use of basic range of software packages

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Being an effective team member and also able to work with mínimal supervision

Be approachable, responsive and empathic


Desirable Criteria
Ability to travel to recruitment events when required

Experience of working in a care or agency environment

Experience of working within recruitment

Experience of working within a high call volume environment - Inbound or outbound
