Twenty4seven Education are working on behalf of a 'Good' Primary school located in Dudley who are seeking a passionate and dedicated EYFS TA to join their team.

They are looking for a considerate and empathetic practitioner who has knowledge and experience of the EYFS curriculum. You will be working across their Nursery, leading small groups and helping the class teacher with assessments.

This role is due to start in September 2023 and will be for the whole academic year with the opportunity to be put on contract with the school.

You will be working Monday-Friday term time only, including all training days. The school has a warm and welcoming atmosphere where everyone matters.

They will help guide you and provide any CPD necessary to allow you to work at the best of your ability.

Responsibilities:

Implement engaging lessons in accordance with the EYFS national curriculum, tailored to meet the needs and abilities of your pupils.
Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing timely feedback and support to ensure their academic growth.
Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to promote a cohesive and dynamic educational experience.
Communicate effectively with parents and outside agencies keeping them informed of their child's progress, achievements, and any concerns.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 months experience in EYFS
Have a thorough understanding of the EYFS national curriculum.
Have an enhanced DBS or be willing to obtain one.
Be able to provide 2 relevant references, one being your most recent employment/education.
Have a relevant Level 2 or above qualification
