Project Assistant (Temporary Position)


Overview:

Are you detail-oriented, dedicated, and eager to learn? We're looking for individuals to join our dynamic team on a temporary basis, with the possibility of an extension beyond Christmas.

No prior experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.


Working Hours:


  • Fulltime: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
  • Shift hours: 09:00 am to 17:00 pm
  • Lunch break: 30 minutes

Role Description:
As a Project Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in our team, focusing on geographical information and aerial imagery analysis


Your responsibilities will include:

Main Responsibilities:


  • Conduct visual analysis of GIS systems and aerial imagery to generate valuable lead data.
  • Ensure precise data entry into spreadsheets.
  • Meet assigned workloads within provided timeframes.
  • Maintain high accuracy levels across all data entry tasks.
  • Identify and rectify duplicate entries and accuracy errors in data.
  • Demonstrate initiative in data validation.
  • Proactively address and resolve issues before they escalate.
  • Collaborate effectively within the team and maintain a positive attitude toward colleagues, peers, managers, and the company.
  • Assist in training new and existing team members.
  • Participate in and complete necessary business training.
  • Fulfill any additional duties as required by the business.

Required Skills:


  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Prior experience in data entry and verification.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications:


  • Previous administrative experience is advantageous.
