We are seeking a
Site Leader who will be responsible for the entire operations of the LLM site.

4 days in the site and 1 working from home. **_

Requirements:

Degree qualified/ engineering-related qualification
:

Higher (master) level degree desirable.

Management qualification is desirable

7+ Years of Site Production Management in a manufacturing facility.

Proven results in Lean initiatives
:

In-depth experience of UK employment legislation and practices

Proven track record within a multi-national company
:

Significant manufacturing and business knowledge

Experience with continuous Improvement Tools such as Six Sigma / 5-S / Transactional Lean

ERP Knowledge
:

Experience with
Health & Safety in the manufacturing environment

Experience working
at the Board level

Experience in Workforce negotiation

Experience with ISO9001 Quality Management System

SAP Knowledge.

Responsibilities:

Lead daytoday operations, drive KPIdriven performance, manage budgets, and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement.
Oversee capacity planning, production teams, and processes to ensure timely delivery of highquality products.
Coordinate workforce management, training, and compliance with regulations.
Manage inventory levels, optimize procurement processes, and analyze financial results.
Contribute to strategic decisions, foster stakeholder relationships, and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
