Day Lewis Pharmacy London Team is looking to build our Support Team up for our London Pharmacies.

Ideal person should have pharmacy experience ( Nvq2 in Pharmacy Services), Be passionate about pharmacy and improving community healthcare.


You will work closely with the Regional Support Manager in the area, the list of job roles below will be a shared responsibility with lots of collaborative working.

We an amazing Regional Pharmacist Managers across the area that support with the clinical aspects of pharmacies and provide support to the pharmacists.


The role will be very varied with lots of progression opportunities for the right person, this job involves continuous learning and the need to be adaptable.

Examples of your working week will be;

  • Learning and training others
  • Growth and upskilling the pharmacy teams (for individual and business needs)
  • Helping pharmacy assistants to process with training and future development.
  • Problem solving and sharing best practice
  • Auditing and helping Pharmacy Manager achieve goals
  • Bring positive can do attitude to the team and encourage others to do the same
  • Help improve customer service
  • Help with refits, relocation and pharmacy clear outs
  • Leading the team when a pharmacy is struggling, implementing SOPS, solving underlying issues and bring a pharmacy up to standard.
  • Relief dispensing when pharmacy teams have holiday/sickness.
  • Build network up across other healthcare settings in the area
  • Look for new business development ideas and action.
You will develop multi site leadership skills and the opportunity to develop and process in the company.
Our Support Office is also based in London so there is opportunity to be involved in many other projects.


This role is working across London and travel expenses will be paid.

9am-6pm Monday to Friday (maybe 1 or 2 Saturdays/ Sundays in the year with project work like refits or problem solving )


Salary:
£10.00-£14.00 per hour
