JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a chemical or process engineering degree student, to join Sensient Engineering team for one year.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The exact duties of the student will be dependent upon the priorities for the site, below is an example list of some of the current engineering site activities:
Managing the design and installation of new powder processing equipment

Performing upgrades to the feed tanks for liquid/ liquid separation.

Assisting with trial activities for novel flavour preparation techniques.

Managing the design and installation of a reverse osmosis supply to a facility on site

Working within the engineering team in order to improve health and safety within production areas


QUALIFICATIONS
The placement student will be part way through a chemical or process engineering degree

EXPERIENCE GAINED AND SKILLS TO BE DEVELOPED DURING PLACEMENT


Engineering project design, Project management, Project time scheduling, Cost analysis, Communication, the ability to work within a team and individually, Computer skills, Communication, Use of initiative.
