Programme Manager

Permanent Role with hybrid working

£40,000 - £45,000 per annum

The role:


  • Creating methods for monitoring the progress of a company's programmes and improving efficiency and creating programmes according to strategic objectives
  • Managing resources and control of project financials and ensuring timely delivery of programmes
  • Supervising and coordinating activities
  • Preparing reports and updating Programme Directors about the programme
  • Reviewing completed programmes and preparing lessons learnt for continuous improvement
  • Support the operational business in centrally tracking key areas such as CDM compliance.

Skills & Experience

  • Able to produce accurate programme reports
  • Eye for detail and accuracy
  • Numerate and commercially astute
  • Strong IT skills (Excel and finance systems)
  • Project management strategic thinking and awareness
  • Anticipates clients' needs and proposes alternative solutions
