CMA Recruitment Group is partnering with a global business in Southampton to support on the recruitment of a Financial Accountant vacancy.

The Financial Accountant will provide financial reporting support to the EMEA businesses across group, acting as the key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.

This position is seeking applicants available at short notice, to take onthe role on a temporary or permanent basis.

What will the Financial Accountant role involve?

  • Preparation of month end revenue reconciliation process;
  • Preparation of financial reporting information including balance sheet reconciliations;
  • Taking the lead on monthend review of financial results;
  • Responsibility for monthly reporting analysis;
  • Responsibly for completion of department operating expenses including relevant accruals and prepayments;
  • Supporting the AR function in ensuring that appropriate entries for rebate accruals and revenue returns are raised.
  • Qualified or partqualified ACCA/ACA accountant;
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in a finance role;
  • Ability to demonstrate broad technical tax and accounting expertise;
  • Large company experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
