Document Production Technician - Birmingham City Centre

HYBRID

£26,000 - £28,500


I'm delighted to be working with one of the UK's leading firms, who are currently going through a fantastic period of growth an expansion.

As a result, they are keen to add a Document Production Technician to their Document Production Team based in Birmingham City Centre.

Ideally, they would like to recruit a Document Production Technician with experience of working in a Legal Document Production setting.

This role is a hybrid role, with 50% office working in Birmingham City Centre and 50% home working. Hours - 9-5, Monday to Friday.


Duties and responsibilities of a Document Production Technician:

  • To produce quality documentation on time
  • To work efficiently within the workflow as prioritised
  • To ensure the required deadlines stated on the request are met
  • Digital transcrioption and copy typing
  • Proof reading
  • Preparing documents
  • Preparing initial drafts, amending and engrossing lengthy documents

Requirements of a Document Production Technician:

  • Experience as a Document Production Techninan in a Legal Environment of minimum 1+ years
  • Experience of working with complex documents using various IT packages
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills inpartuicular Excel and Powerpoint
  • Has excellent attention to detail
  • Remains calm under pressure
  • Has the ability to work as part of a team and with minimum supervision on own initiative
