Description
HR Co-ordinator required immediately for a well-known manufacturing company based in Nottingham. The role will involve

  • Experienced HR coordinator or experience in a similar HR role
  • Competent recruiting for internal positions
  • Proficient in managing sickness and absentee levels
  • Knowledgeable in emerging and current employment laws and HR policies
  • Confident dealing with employee queries
  • Able to keep all staff records and documentation up to date and current
  • Strong communication skills whether it be written or verbal
  • Capable of conducting the on boarding process and completing exit interviews
  • Previously worked within the HR department within a manufacturing environment
  • MUST be able to drive with access to own vehicle
  • CIPD qualification would be a bonus or be happy to work towards this

Salary:
£25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Experience:


  • Human resources: 1 year (preferred)
