Description
HR Co-ordinator required immediately for a well-known manufacturing company based in Nottingham. The role will involve- Experienced HR coordinator or experience in a similar HR role
- Competent recruiting for internal positions
- Proficient in managing sickness and absentee levels
- Knowledgeable in emerging and current employment laws and HR policies
- Confident dealing with employee queries
- Able to keep all staff records and documentation up to date and current
- Strong communication skills whether it be written or verbal
- Capable of conducting the on boarding process and completing exit interviews
- Previously worked within the HR department within a manufacturing environment
- MUST be able to drive with access to own vehicle
- CIPD qualification would be a bonus or be happy to work towards this
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

- Nottingham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Human resources: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- CIPD (preferred)
