    Description

    We are seeking Customer Service Advisors to join our team at Fusion Lifestyle, a registered charity dedicated to bringing health and wellbeing to communities across the UK.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Deliver exceptional customer service, providing a warm and professional welcome to each visitor.
    • Drive sales and customer retention by promoting membership sales and Centre services.
    • Assist in communication and promotion of services, and assist with lead generation.

    You will be responsible for managing the customer database, achieving KPIs and sales targets, and ensuring efficient operation of the front-of-house area. You will also assist in developing programming through innovative ideas and initiating actions to meet customer demands.

    As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be required to manage complaints in a sensitive manner, process and prepare food and drink orders, and present and sell food and drink stock to customers. You will also receive, store, and rotate food and drink deliveries, and conduct basic record keeping tasks.
