Integrated Building Solutions are looking for a experienced and competent multi trade operative to work with our team to carry out various maintenance and building work in and around Manchester.
- The right Maintenance/multi trade engineer to have at least 5 years experience working within the maintenance/multi trade industry.
- Will be required to carry out joinery, basic plumbing, basic electrical, tiling and decorating.
- Be able to deal with all aspects of day to day repairs, scheduled maintenance and refurbishments on private properties.
Applicant to have previously worked in a similar role as you will need to organise your workload in a fast paced environment, travel to site, carry out property inspections, resolve issues, make repairs as necessary and report back to the office with clear understanding.
A company van will be supplied for work use along with expenses paid i.e. Fuel, Parking, Phone Bill.
A company uniform will also be provided along with associated PPE.
Salary up to £30,000 depending on qualifications and experience
