One of the UK's leading chartered accountants seeks a Post Room & Facilities Assistant to join them.
Due to business growth, we have an immediate start opportunity available for an experienced Post Room & Facilities Assistant to join the team.

A chartered accountant and business advisor, with offices in the UK and Europe.
Providing services to a broad range of clients, the business has experienced growth over the last few years and is therefore hiring a Post Room & Facilities Assistant, to support the smooth running of the day to day facilities service in London.
The role
The purpose of the role is to provide an excellent facilities service to both staff and visitors in the London office, with the opportunity to travel to other sites when needed.
You will carry out a range of facilities-related duties including office services, health & safety compliance, security, general and building fabric maintenance, cleaning, and waste disposal.
In this customer-facing role, as Post Room & Facilities Assistant you will:
- Act as the first point of contact for all facilities related matters
- Arrange meeting room bookings, catering and car park requests
- Carry out post opening and franking, distributing post to all departments, and dealing with courier requests
- Coordinate meeting room requirements, assist with catering and assist with meeting set ups and set downs
- Be responsible for stationary, printing, and office equipment repairs
- Ensure the companies health & safety policy is adhered to, and that you remain alert and proactive in relation to this
- General administrative duties such as raising purchase orders or invoices, ordering stationary, logging data, and preparing reports
- Comply with the company's data protection policy at all times
You will:
- Have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel
- A basic knowledge of H&S regulations and requirements
- A flexible approach
- A high level of professionalism, trust, and integrity
- Be comfortable working in an everchanging environment
- Be comfortable lifting heavy equipment to accommodate moves, meetings, and event setups

Salary:
£25,000.00-£28,500.00 per year
