About Our Client:
My client, based near Worcester Shrubhill train station, is a Eco friendly and carbon neutral business which is rapidly expanding.
- First point of contact for B2B and B2C clients
- Ensure that all customer enquiries are dealt with effectively, striving to resolve at first point resolution
- Adapting communication styles to meet the customers' requirements
- Effectively handle complaints/dissatisfaction with tproducts or service
- Processing orders and using the opportunity on the call to upsell where possible
The Successful Applicant:
The successful Customer Service Executive, based in Worcester will have:
- A minimum of 3 years current experience in a customer services environment
- Strong communication with a positive 'cando' attitude
- PC literate with an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Able to remain calm and focused when working in a pressurised and fastpaced environment.
