About Our Client:


My client, based near Worcester Shrubhill train station, is a Eco friendly and carbon neutral business which is rapidly expanding.

As Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • First point of contact for B2B and B2C clients
  • Ensure that all customer enquiries are dealt with effectively, striving to resolve at first point resolution
  • Adapting communication styles to meet the customers' requirements
  • Effectively handle complaints/dissatisfaction with tproducts or service
  • Processing orders and using the opportunity on the call to upsell where possible

The Successful Applicant:

The successful Customer Service Executive, based in Worcester will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years current experience in a customer services environment
  • Strong communication with a positive 'cando' attitude
  • PC literate with an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Able to remain calm and focused when working in a pressurised and fastpaced environment.

What's on Offer:

As Customer Service Executive, based in Worcester, you will be entitled to:

  • A permanent role
- £28,000 - £31,000 per annum
