REPORTS TO:
Head of Academy

LOCATION:
Moulton College, Moulton. Travel such as required for fixtures.

HOURS OF EMPLOYMENT:
The Academy Coach will be required to work 16 hours per week at the College over a 38-week period. Each week 13 hours will compromise direct coaching, and three hours allocated for administration.

CONTRACT TYPE:
Part-time

SALARY:
Up to £17,000 depending on experience.

ROLE:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Northampton Saints lead coach for their state school partnership with Moulton College leading on curriculum and delivery.
Lead the talent identification and recruitment for the college from understanding the players within the Northampton Sains Academy pathway and within the region.
Lead and coach the college forwards.
Work with the college Director of Rugby to align curriculum and coaching delivery.
Develop positive relationship with feeder clubs and parents.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

Experience of coaching forwards.
Experience in development coaching. RFU Level 3 desirable.
Adaptable and innovative.
Full UK driving licence.
Passionate about developing people.
