THE ROLE

An experienced PA, you will work directly with 2 directors, ensuring they have excellent administrative support to enable them to focus on their business and management duties.

You will be an excellent organiser and communicator with a friendly and proactive attitude as well as the ability to multi-task and flexibility to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities will include;

Organising meetings
Time / diary / mailbox management
Coordinating and booking travel arrangements
Organising and preparing documents ahead of meetings
Dealing with correspondence and following up on pending matters with limited direction

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

At least 3years P.A. experience
Excellent organisational, written, and verbal skills and computer literate (MS Office suite)
Maturity to handle a range of situations
Meticulous and thorough
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Initiative
Team player
