We are currently looking to recruit an
experienced Administrator to support our busy cold store operation.

This role will be working on a rotating day shift pattern, working a 2-week rotation, the first week you will work a pattern of 06.00hrs to 14.00hrs, the second week you will work 12.00hrs to 20.00hrs.

Shift pay is applicable in addition to the base salary where relevant.


Responsibilities:


  • To support the site activities with any necessary clerking and administration duties
  • Booking in of stock on the cold store bay
  • Overseeing stock location accuracy within the system
  • Ensuring that the company policies regarding Quality (ISO 9001), Environment (ISO14001), Health and Safety etc. are implemented and always maintained. Including all standards & procedures required by accrediting bodies i.e. BRC, DQMP etc
  • Create reports for management
  • Process instore damages and returns

Requirements:


  • Previous experience of Administration, preferably in an operational / logistics environment
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal as you will be required to liaise with all levels of management, hauliers, customers and third parties
  • Must be able to demonstrate good numeracy skills and attention to detail
