About us;
We are a family run business established in 1996. We create a home from home experience within our settings for our little ones to grow and flourish. We offer all staff the opportunities to develop their own practice and take the lead in their children's development. We are currently looking for a member of staff to join our wonderful team.

Requirements;
We are looking for Level 2 or Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioners with experience on the job.

Main Roles:

To effectively deliver the EYFS ensuring that the individual needs and interest of children in the setting are met
To develop and maintain strong partnerships and communication with parents/carers to facilitate daytoday caring and early learning needs.
To advise manager/deputy of any concerns, e.g. over children, parents, the safety of the environment, preserving confidentiality as necessary.
To work alongside the managers and staff team to ensure that the setting's philosophy is fulfilled
To support the nurseries commitment in safeguarding all children in our care
To ensure good standards of safety, hygiene and cleanliness are maintained at all times.
To be part of our Early Years Team that provides a purposeful, stimulating environment rich in learning opportunities, both indoors and outdoors.
To establish positive and sensitive relationships with children
To act as a role model and set achievable expectations
