Our flexible financing schemes support all sizes of exhibitor and we are currently contracted with in excess of 5,000 screens making us the global leader in VPF financing.
-About the role_
This position will be a support member of the finance team, reporting to the financial controller. The team works in a hybrid model, working from our London office and from home.

Specific Responsibilities_
- Take ownership of accounts payable process, including recording invoices and staff credit cards for Arts Alliance Media UK
- Take ownership of accounts receivable process and credit control. Liaise with the commercial team and the customers for invoicing and payment chasing for Arts Alliance Media UK
- Maintain accurate accounting records
- Assist with month end process: fixed assets, depreciation, provisions, accruals, foreign exchange rates, and prepayments
- Preparation of VAT returns for AAM D and Digital
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements, audit, and statutory accounts
- Assist with regulatory reporting as required
- Assist in database system transition and system control maintenance
- Undertake additional tasks to support the Finance team
Requirement/Skills/Attitude_
- Relevant bachelor's degree or qualified by experience
- Flexible, able to work in a fastpaced environment
- Selfmotivated
- Eager to learn and develop their career in finance
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. (MS Word, Excel, Google suites)
- Systems knowledge
- SAP, Xero is a bonus
