Are you ready ? You've got a key part to play in the experience at the venue, as you'll be the first Ninja our guests meet when they arrive ready to take on their challenge.

Cool, calm, collected & heaps of energy will be the best way to describe you. Your ability to flex your style to tailor our guests needs, is like second nature to you
- after all, we don't want to distract our bidding Ninja's from getting themselves ready & in the zone.

Your daily mission

  • Responsible for checking in guests & providing information about what to expect
  • We take safety seriously, so you'll be responsible for ensuring that you have checked if any of our guests need any support whilst they are with us
  • Work closely with all bookings/communication enquiries online & over the phone
  • Ensure all administration and processing of payments are completed in line with our procedures
  • Provide excellence in customer relations giving guidance and support
  • Sell branded items at reception
  • Bring to life our experience when speaking to guests who enquire about bookings
  • Obtain key information from guest bookings such as; dietary requirements, reasonable adjustments etc
  • Lend a hand to your fellow Ninjas when needed across the Café, court & parties
  • Action anything you see across the venue; whether this is Ninja behaviour, cleanliness etc
  • Monitor car parking
Your Ninja allies

  • Work closely with other Ninja team members through being true to our values & supporting one another with whatever challenges throughout the shift
  • Work closely with the Elite Ninja's (that's our Supervisors & Managers) to ensure our missions for the day are achieved
  • Work closely with the Instructors in provision of classes
Ninjutsu (experience/skills/qualifications to non-Ninjas)

Essential

  • Working in a leisure, customer facing industry
Desirable

  • Previous experience working in a guest relations/reception role
  • Experience of POS systems is advantageous
  • Administration experience & comfortable working with Microsoft, systems etc
Other
