Providing comprehensive colorectal surgery service, including surgical management of colorectal cancers, inflammatory bowel disease and other anorectal conditions. Supporting the emergency general surgery on-call rota is a 1 in 12 commitment based at the Cumberland Infirmary.

We operate a dual on-call system during working hours to ensure that the management of complex emergency surgical patients is fully supported.
