I am working with a growing and glowing business based in the wonderful town of Padiham. They are looking to expand their team by adding a Commercial Claims Handler.
They are looking for a Commercial Claims Handler with at least 1 years experience in the field.

You'll be working as part of the wider claims team to support clients through the claims process on an end-to-end basis, liaising with all the key stakeholders along the way and being proactive and undertaking visits where required (new business, renewal andon claims occurrence).

Day to Day:
Managing and Negotiating claims on behalf of clients within the Commercial Lines space
Identifying any underwriting or broking issues and liaising with the relevant stakeholders accordingly
Ensuring all clients receive excellent service whenever you're dealing with them
Liaising with key stakeholders both internally and externally to ensure claims are settled quickly and efficiently
Working with the claims team to ensure all service levels and agreements are met or exceeded
