Warehouse Operative
We are a leading supplier of engineering products in Europe, with an unrivalled reputation of over 50 years for providing exceptional design development and fastener solutions. A fast growing, dynamic and prestigious company with our Head Office based in the South of England and branches throughout Europe.
We have 1 vacant position for: - Warehouse Operative.
**Main Responsibilities:
- *
- Delivery and collection of stock for customers and suppliers.
- Picking stock, weigh counting, labelling, packing and despatch of stock for customer orders.
- Manual loading and unloading of goods from delivery vehicles.
- Correct locating and labelling of stock.
- Entering dispatch information onto the company computer system and to produce necessary labels and dispatch documents.
- To assist in other areas within the warehouse as directed by the Warehouse Cocoordinator.
- To adhere to all Health and Safety objectives.
- Use of a hand held scanner
Personal Qualities;
- Enthusiastic, responsible, organised, with good time keeping.
- Previous warehouse experience will be an advantage.
- Able to work well within a team.
- Computer literate.
- Reach Fork lift licence an advantage.
- Full Driving Licence required.
- Previous experience within the Fastener Industry desired but not essential.
- Knowledge of KanBan, DLF, VMI stock replenishment advantageous.

From £20,000.00 per year
