Description
Due to continual growth, 725Ltd are looking to recruit a Recruitment Consultant to join our Chatham Branch.


The role will be sales driven and will involve gaining new Clients so previous Recruitment experience within the industrial/ warehouse recruitment sector is desirable.

This role will also include taking an out of hours mobile phone.


Although this will be a 360-recruitment role you will be working within a team and will have support with administration duties that will be required in running your own desk.


The Prime Role & responsibilities will be:

  • Responsible for filling both temporary and permanent vacancies
  • Attend client meetings to further build relationships and pitch for business
  • Negotiating charge rates with clients
  • Work as an integral member of a team, motivating one another and communicating effectively
Desirable Skills / Experience;

  • At least 1 years recruitment experience
  • Articulate and well presented.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Target driven.
  • Enjoy working in a fastpaced and changeable environment
  • Good IT skills
  • Office Package esp Word, Excel.
  • Full UK Driving Licence as will be visiting clients on a regular basis
  • Can work individually, but also loves to be part of a successful team
The package offered is £23,000 - £26,000 + (which can be negotiable) + commission + pension.
