IT Support Engineer / Stockport/ £23,000 - £25,000
An expanding MSP in Stockport, are looking to add a technically sound IT Support Engineer to join their team.

Roles and responsibilities

  • 1st line technical support for hardware and software related issues
  • Complete relevant and skilled investigations, before escalating to other support groups.
  • Accurate and detailed recording of tickets in the helpdesk system
  • Work to SLA timeframes, escalating where necessary

Required Skills:


  • Active Directory
  • Ideally previous MSP experience
  • Experience in Software troubleshooting and assistance
  • Solid understanding of Windows 8.1 and later and MacOS
  • LAN/WAN technology fundamentals
  • Office 365, including SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
