People2people are recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join a very well known Automotive business. This role is based in South London.
Paying up to £26,000 per annum, this role also has a bonus structure dependent on performance Working full time in the office, this role is an excellent opportunity to learn and grow new skills with progression opportunities within the business.
Responsibilities include:
- Always making sure to deliver an excellent level of service to the customers
- Responding in a timely manner to enquiries
- Responding to customers across various channels of communication
- Order processing
- Replying to customer reviews left about the experience of service
- Always acting in a respectful and empathetic manner towards customer queries
About you:
- You will have a genuine desire to help with queries from customers
- Excellent communication skills
- High energy and positive approach to all tasks
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask
- Confident working on different programs (Microsoft office etc)
- If you speak another language this is a huge bonus
