Description

Our client, a financial services company that supports start-ups and scaleups, is seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to join their rapidly growing team in London.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in helpingthese businesses scale faster by proactively building relationships and generating new leads.


The role offers a starting salary of £30-35k DOE, with an OTE of £60k in the first year, as well as fantastic incentive opportunities and the possibility of further qualifications and training to support your individual development.

The potential for hybridworking is also available.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Representing the company in a personable manner
  • Conducting research to identify opportunities
  • Obtaining indepth knowledge of the company and the market they operate in
  • At least 1 year of experience as an SDR
  • Strong analytical skills
  • A KPIdriven mentality
  • Confidence and a "get it done" attitude
  • Business acumen
  • Experience in a startup environment with a selfstarting attitude
  • A preferred degree level education or relevant sales experience
