We are currently looking to recruit a Healthcare Support Worker to join our innovative, enthusiastic and dynamic School Nursing team.
you will work alongside the school nursing team completing the healthy child program and public health work, including the administration of vaccinations.
You will deliver high quality service provision that promotes and improves school health and addresses inequalities for children and young people aged between 5-19 years of age.
As well as building positive working relationships with other service providers, to ensure a 'Think Family Approach' is offered to all.
You will be offered an induction programme, mentorship and a supportive environment, in which to work.
